All purchases made on IndevAI are for digital platform services that are delivered within 48 hours of purchase. These services include product profile creation, category placement, and database indexing within the IndevAI discovery platform.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are generally final.

However, we may issue a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment was made in error

  • The profile was not published as described within the stated timeframe

  • A technical issue on our platform prevented the service from being delivered

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the profile has been published

  • Lack of traffic, leads, or results from platform discovery

  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer

  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase
